The ProcessLogic experienced, knowledgeable
staff of over 30 stands eager to evaluate and resolve
any fabricating, machining, assembly and welding requirements
our clients may present.
In addition to our highly trained and
qualified technicians, ProcessLogic staff is composed
of experienced managers, supervisors, QC professionals,
weld engineers, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers,
CAD operators, tool makers and machinists.
It's because of our qualified & trained

A History of Innovation
1978
- Designed the TIG weld industry's first true microTIG
welder for welding below 1 ampere reliably.
1980
- Designed a line of accessory lathes, specialized tooling
for Automatic TIG welding.
1985
- Expanded product line of manufactured products/services
to include 300+ampere power supplies.
1990
- Developed a full line of computer controlled power
supplies for the industry to enable higher quality welds
with lower skill requirements.
1993
- Developed a micro-plasma/plasma welding system for
a wide variety of high reliability industries.
1994
- Expanded our line further to include pulsed ND:YAG
laser welding systems and welding services.
1997
- Moved to a 25,000 sq. ft. building and added a full
serviced CNC machine shop and tool maker to better serve
our customers.
2000
- Expanded our welding services group to include 2 ND:YAG
laser welders, 6 automatic plasma cells, 1 ft, 3 ft
and 6 ft seam welder and helium leak checking services
2002
- Developed a "1-step" shop for economically priced
contract machining, forming, assembly welding and
inspection. |
